You will receive a tracking number by Canada Post when your order has been shipped.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is automatically calculated by Canada Post. Shipping costs are based on the weight and the size of the package being delivered. Prices vary by province/territory and in different countries.
How long will it take to produce and ship my order?
Products are printed on the 1st and the 15th of every month, except for our ready to ship items. This means that when you place your order, we print that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality.
Production time is 7-10 days and usually takes 4-7 days for delivery time within Canada from the time you receive your tracking number. Delivery time will vary in different countries.
The tracking number says delivered, but I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
Unfortunately, A Great Canadian Running Challenge cannot control possible reasons and outcomes as to why an item did not arrive in your mailbox.
The first thing you can do is check with neighbours to see if they possibly have received the package by mistake. Then, you can check with your local post office.
If for some reason, your order is not found, we will send you a replacement!
