All orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
The following conditions apply:
- An original invoice is required for all exchanges or returns within 30 days of purchase for unused and unworn merchandise. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
- All refunds will be made when the item has been returned to A Great Canadian Running Challenge PO Box 2201 STN A, Sudbury, Ontario P3A 4S1.
- Exchanges will be made on defective merchandise within 60 days of purchase.
- For exchanges due to wrong sizing: A Great Canadian Running Challenge will not refund the original shipping costs of the order if the customer ordered the wrong size. Please refer to the size charts before purchasing any merchandise. Once we receive the returned product, we will send the customer a smaller/bigger item free of charge.
- We will exchange for your correct size pending inventory availability.
- A Great Canadian Running Challenge will reimburse the original shipping charges if the wrong merchandise or a defective product was sent to the customer.
Returning Merchandise:
- Send an email to shop@agreatcanadianrunningchallenge.ca, advising us that you wish to return your merchandise and state the reasons for your return.
- If you are requesting an exchange, please advise us in the email that you are simply exchanging your merchandise for a different size.
- When you request to exchange or return an item, the return shipping label will be sent to your email within 24 hours. Directions for returning your merchandise will be sent with the return label.
- Place the unused, unworn products back in the original package, reseal and attach/fix the return shipping label to the outside.
